Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of order delivery. To initiate a return, please send an email to sukritibangles@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order ID
- Return reason
- Return method - Refund/Exchange (Store Credit)
Please note that the return window is valid for 7 days after the order delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process any returns.
Refunds/Exchanges (Store Credit)
Upon receiving the returned item, we will issue a refund or store credit, depending on your eligibility. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 working days and credited back to your original method of payment.
If you are eligible for store credit, we will issue you a credit that can be used to place a new order. There is no time limit to use the store credit, giving you the flexibility to shop at your convenience.
In the case of bedsheets and apparel, we offer exchanges only.
Please note that all returned items must be unused and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
